French drains

A French drain is a trench, pipe, and stone that picks up water underground and sends it somewhere it can leave. That is what most “soggy yard” and “water by the patio” calls actually are.

I look at downspouts, the low spots, and where the water is allowed to outlet. Then I trench, set the line, and cover it so you can use the yard. If a shorter downspout tie-in solves it, we do that instead of a full loop around the house.
