Land clearing

Land clearing on these lots is usually brush, small trees, and stumps in the way of a driveway, a fence line, or a usable backyard. I cut it, pull what needs to come out, and haul it so you are not left with a pile.

Storm debris is the same idea: get it off the lawn, grade what got rutted, and leave it so you can mow or build next. I will walk the property with you and mark what stays.
