Grading

People search grading when the yard is uneven, water sits in a low spot, or a pad needs to be level before a shed or garage. I walk the slope, then cut and fill so water leaves the way it should.

On Porter County clay that often means a backyard regrade, a strip along a drive, or finish grade against a deck or patio. If the real problem is a drain line, I will say so instead of just moving dirt.
